That the above named defendant hired a house No. 66 Samanabad Lahore from the plaintiff at the monthly rent of Rs,12000 and executed a rent deed in favour of the plaintiff. The copy of the rent deed is attached with this application.
That according to the rent-deed, the above mentioned house was hired by the defendant from the plaintiff for a fixed period of eleven months from 1.11.2006 to 01.10.2007.
The defendant regularly paid the monthly rent of initial sic months of the contract period, but he never paid the monthly rent of last five months to the plaintiff.
Also he has refused to evict the house after the specified period of eleven months of the contract. Now therefore he is living in rented house unlawfully and without any legal justification.
Also the plaintiff wants back his house for personal bonafide need.
That the cause of action firsty arise on 1.05.07 when the defendant refuse to pay the monthly rent of the rented house and secondly and finally on 01.10.2007 when theperiod of the contract was over and the defendant refused to evict the rented house
That plaintiff and the defendant reside at samanabad and the rented house is situated at samanabad therefore, Rent Controller of the Lahore has the jurisdiction to decide the application.
The court fees of Rs. abc affixed on this application
in view of the above, it is prayed as under:,
Prayers:
The respondent may kindly be ejected from the rented house owned by the petitioner.
The arrears of rent may kindly be recovered from the respondent.
It be ordered to the respondent to render all the accounts fairly.
Any other relief deemed possible by this Honourable Court may also be granted.
