Deed of Will
THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I Hereby give and bequeath to ---------------------- my wife, her heirs, executors or administrators, for her use and benefit, absolutely and forever, all my property, both movable and immovable, whatsoever, whosoever and of what nature, and quality so ever, and I hereby appoint her, the Safia the said sole executrix of my Will.

II. DEED OF CODICAL:
This is a codicil to the last Will and testament of me, -----------------------------S/O---------------------
which bears the date 20th of November 2007,
Whereas in my said Will, I have appointed ------------------------------my wife to be one of my executrix thereof and whereas the said ------------------------------has died before me , I am desirous that ----------------------------------sister if --------------and my sister in law, shall be substituted as executrix of my said Will in the place of the said --------------------
