Terms:
1. The name of the firm shall be ----------------------------------- this partnership shall be for the terms of 5 years form this date--------------------------.
2. within 30 days from commencement of the business, the firm shall be registered.

4. The capital of the firm shall be Rs. 1 million to the contributed by each partner in equal shares and shall be paid immediately after execution of these presents.
5. All out goings and expenses of the firm shall be paid out of the capital of the business.
6. The profit and losses shall belong to and to be form by the partners in equal shares.
7. The manager of the said firm shall be responsible for all the financial affairs of the firm.
8 All the partners shall devote whole their time and intention to the best advantage of the business of the firm
9. The managing partner shall keep proper books of accounts . The books of accounts, securities, vouchers etc. shall be kept at the place of business, and be open to inspection of each partner or his agent on all reasonable times with powers to take copies.
10. The firm upon dissolution, to be wound up and the asserts and liabilities will be dealt in accordance with the provisions of partnership Act.
